New York Lifts Hydraulic Fracturing Ban As France and New Jersey Decide To Ban.

On June 29th 2011 both France and New Jersey passed bills to ban Hydraulic Fracturing.  I can only hope this will promote other places around the world to follow suit. The EPA claims they will increase regulations as the Ban has been lifted from New York.  The Chemicals used in Fracking are still a mystery and the fumes from the drilling is said to effect the environment and those around them. Hydraulic Fracturing is anything but environmental friendly and safe. There have been over a dozen accounts of Fracking spills in PA alone and almost every month in PA there is news about a contaminated well.

Please take the time to contact New York's Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and ask him to restore the Ban to Hydraulic Fracturing. You can contact him HERE.

Please contact Pennsylvania's Governor Tom Corbett ask him to consider a Ban to Hydraulic Fracturing. You can contact him HERE.

This is one of my favorite and informative videos on Hydraulic Fracturing.
