Unfortunately budget talks resume with no progress in sight. It seems both parties are being just as stubborn. First reason is our leaders no longer have the capability, responsibility and intelligence to run a state.Second reason is this is all a ploy. The reason the shutdown takes place is so certain people with in the government can gain more control over spending and the people."

It seems no one is agreeing to anything on these "budget talks". From what I am understanding the Gov of MN wants to raise taxes on people making more than $1 million per year. I think businesses should have raised taxes at least the ones in the top 200 who have given a 23% pay raise to their CEOs last year since obviously they can afford to do so.
