Why did the Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act/Anti Horse Slaughter Bill Not Pass?

With a huge heavy sigh I feel very saddened to share this. But as our founding fathers would say Truth Will Out. Thus the truth is out and now I know how corrupt and vile the U.S is.

I have verified this information through other sources but the source I am going to share spreads the information out the easiest.

First let me tell you how bribery is legal in the U.S. Usually if someone from the law or courts or government excepts money from a third party to make a deal it's called bribery. However we in the U.S have this thing called Lobbyist. These lobbyists give money to our senators, congressmen, governors even president. When money is given by a Lobbyist he expects that politician to vote how the lobbyists see's fit, not how the American public see's fit. You see the truth is who ever gives the most money wins the election, wins the vote.

In 2009 $1,317,473 was given in total to Congressmen to vote NO on HR503 act( anti horse slaughter bill/ Prevention of equine cruelty act). Only $178,700 was given to vote Yes.

In 2009 $2,404,887 was given in total to Senators to vote NO on S.727( anti horse slaughter bill/prevention of equine cruelty act). Only $219,305 was given to vote Yes.

Both Acts/Bills are the same one was for the senate and one was for the house of Reps(congress)

Now you want to see what is really sick. 10 organizations supported the HR 503 act. Only 5 organizations opposed the bill. The ones who opposed the bill gave more of a payout then the ones who supported the bill.

6 orgs approved of s727 bill, 5 opposed. The opposing org gave more of a payout.

Our leaders are supposed to make a vote based on FACTS not on MONEY! I always knew things like this happened, but to see it in writing and to see it on a chart makes me realize how real this really is.

How can we buy back our leaders?

We can't...But we have voices we can write to the organizations who oppose those bills, we can protest or boycott them until they see what the American people want.

The two bills listed above expired and have gained new names. The new titles are:

The Horse Transportation Safety Act of 2011 (S. 1281)-A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, to prohibit the transportation of horses in interstate transportation in a motor vehicle containing two or more levels stacked on top of one another.

S.1176 American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act of 2011- A bill to amend the Horse Protection Act to prohibit the shipping, transporting, moving, delivering, receiving, possessing, purchasing, selling, or donation of horses and other equines to be slaughtered for human consumption, and for other purposes

I feel we have to contact the opposers and ask them to support the new bills. Maybe we can change their minds and gain their support. You see these opposed orgs are very rich.

Do not doubt for one minute that most corporations only have one thing in mind...and that is control! As long as they can control our government, they can control you. Remember the anti-union bill that passed in Wisconsin? The Kosh brothers were the leading funder for the bill. The Khosh brothers oppose unions.
