My Opinion:

So why does this matter? 

Sooner or later you will be effected by the actions our leaders take; you may not see it now, but you will be effected. I did what I could to prevent the NDAA from passing, but there were not enough Americans writing to their reps about this bill. If you wind up being effected by the actions our government takes, and you did nothing to prevent such actions, then you deserve this. 

Now the real question is, if Obama is voted out, how will our new leader treat the NDAA. This act clearly violates the bill of rights. 

Thanks to Obama many people now realize it doesn't matter who you vote for because they are all controlled by lobbyists. It is the combination of the representatives will vs money. What does our leaders stand up for, do they vote in favor of the American people or in favor of corporations....In fact all representatives currently in office have voted in favor ( even Ron Paul) of corporations and have passed bills which the majority of the American Public do not support. Which does lead us to the money issue.  Even if we did away with paper money( like Ron Paul acts like he wants to), do you honestly think the greed or corruption would change? Truth is unless we kick out all the current reps in office who take money to vote yes or no on bills, unless we kick out all the banksters who have made sure fraudulent foreclosures went through and gave out fraudulent loans, unless we kick out all our corrupt governors and mayors, nothing will change no matter what money system we use. Unless those who have been proven to be corrupt are charged with their crimes nothing will change because our leaders have nothing to worry about.

As for me I won't be voting this year, this will be the first year I won't vote. There is not one candidate or one representative I am confident will do what is right for this country. They all continue to lie to us and they continue to push policies which hurt the American people and the environment.

With Obama Prepared to Sign, Pennsylvania Senators Get ‘TwitterBombed’ over Defense Bill <-- well atleast the people in PA are holding our reps accountable for this act. I have yet to hear back from any of my Senators or congressmen in PA about this bill.



*Update Number 3* It seems this bill will pass the house! This bill breaks many amendments, but obviously the 5th Amendment! I feel by stripping the American people of their amendments and breaking the constitution, they are oppressing the people and as such should be held accountable for their actions. I believe this is treason and all those who voted this bill in should be arrested and stripped of their tittle. The government wants to detain anyone who declares war on the U.S; but the government with the passing of this bill will be declaring war on the U.S citizens for this new bill goes against our bill of rights!

I would like to first state that I have been very busy, to the point I can't even update most of my posts. However I am still going to do my best to post about important topics that must not be missed by anyone!

H.R. 1540: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012- This link explains the Bill.

It is unfortunate such a bill even exists. This bill will allow any U.S Citizen to be killed abroad if they are deemed a terrorist and are claimed to be "at war" with the U.S. with out proof this is true. This law also allows U.S. Citizens to be detained by the government for unlimited time, even if it is speculation the citizen is a terrorist.


President Obama has stated he would Veto this bill if it passes. This bill has already passed the Senate and awaits voting via the House. This bill shouldn't even of made it past the senate floor, but it appears our senators ignore the constitution.


So many Americans oppose this bill, yet it has passed the Senate and now most likely will pass the house. We can only hope Pres.Obama will Veto this bill, but how long will this bill be passed into law before it is vetoed?


Also what guarantees do we have that even after it is vetoed the bill will not be re-written and then passed by another President and not vetoed?

H.R.3261 Stop Online Piracy Act
I am writing as your constituent in the 2nd Congressional district of Pennsylvania. I oppose H.R.3261 - Stop Online Piracy Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

I also want to add -CBS/Cnet/Download.com knowingly continues to build a Network of Peer to Peer Applications where minors are induced to pirate copyrighted works. But much worse, CBS/Cnet earns hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue directly from the creation of this Network, where studies scientifically show that thirteen percent (13%), of the Network's traffic is Child Pornography.
This includes images and video of infants and small children being raped and molested. They know what has happened and they continue to encourage the Network's use and its distribution as much as possible. CBS/CNET have never been held accountable.
The purpose of CBS/Cnet's scheme is to distribute this peer to peer software (Bittorrent, Lime Wire, Azereus, Kazza, FrostWire and many others), to create an IPTV Network to dominate the Internet as a distribution platform. Note that over several years, this peer to peer Network would save CBS billions of dollars in bandwidth charges whilst delivering Video across this Network.
The people who fund and manage CBS/Cnet also created an organization called MediaDefender. MediaDefender was meant to oversee and monitor the distribution growth of this Network. MediaDefender was presented to other media companies like NBC as a Copyright protection group to which NBC and others paid millions of dollars in fees to protect them from piracy.
Incredibly, the officers of MediaDefender actually engaged in trafficking pornography to the Users themselves. Everyone involved knew that a large proportion of these Users were Children.
